The design, layout and floorplan of every Chartridge home is the culmination of over 60 years’ collective experience. Our directors are involved in every aspect of this process, enabling us to create homes that people really want to live in.
One of the defining features of our homes is the entrance hall. From the grand hand-crafted staircase at its centre, we maximise the use of natural light and space to create a flowing living environment that is both inspirational and functional.
Our materials, methods and specifications are superior, but it’s our people and their capabilities which really bring the Chartridge difference to life. All the tradespeople we employ are hand-picked, time-served craftsmen who are as passionate about what they do as we are and most have been working with us for years.
Every Chartridge development is visited regularly by our directors who monitor progress and quality. When complete, each home is independently audited and awarded a 10-year NHBC Buildmark guarantee.
